Attention International Students Staying in Kobe!

January 17 next year, 2020, will mark the 25th anniversary of the disaster of an unprecedented scale caused by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, or Southern Hyogo Prefecture Earthquake (“Earthquake”).
Hanshin Expressway Earthquake Museum (“Museum”) operated by the
highway company exhibits video recordings of the actual disaster situation, in addition to the main girders and bridge piers preserved as they were after sustaining earthquake damage.
Upon observing the extent of the Earthquake’s disastrous impact on the Hanshin Expressway network, visitors to the Museum are expected to realize anew how powerful and terrifying earthquakes can be.

　 兵庫県南部地震（阪神・淡路大震災）による未曾有の災害を被ってから来年
（２０２０年）１月１７日で２５年を迎えます。
当保管庫ではビデオによる当時の状況、被害を受けた主桁、橋脚がそのままで
保管されています。震災による阪神高速道路に及ぼした災害の状況を見学できますので改めて地震のすごさ、恐ろしさを認識していただければと思います。
