Attention International Students Staying in Kobe!

An old Sake brewhouse in its original form at HAKUTSURU SAKE Brewing Co., Ltd. is now open to the public as a Sake Brewery Museum.
Mitsui Volunteer Network has organized a museum tour with the hope of giving you a good feel of the Sake-making tradition handed down through the ages. Too, you will hopefully appreciate broadly and deeply the "warmly beating heart of Japan" pervading the world of Sake brewing.
We will visit the handicraft store which we can not usually visit.

　白鶴酒造では、古い酒蔵をそのまま酒造資料館として公開しています。
皆さまに、脈々と継承されてきた伝統の酒造りの一部始終にふれていただき、その酒作りの世界を通して、「日本のこころ」の理解を深めていただくために、白鶴酒造資料館見学会を開催することとなりました。 今回は、普段滅多に見学できない手造り蔵内を特別に見学させて頂きます。皆様の参加を歓迎いたします。
